Heath Sparkling Garden

Heath Sparkling Wines originated from Grape Creek Vineyards, where the Cuvée (base wine for sparkling wine or Champagne) is crafted by their own, widely decorated Winemaker Jason Englert.

In-bottle secondary fermentation (Méthode Champenoise) is guided by Penny Gadd-Coster, named “Winemaker of the Year” in the inaugural 2013 Wine Industry Awards and Best of Class Sparkling Wine, 2018 San Fransico Chronicle Wine Competition.

At the 2024 festival’s Heath Sparkling Garden, guests will have the opportunity to savor all four of their limited-production, vintage sparkling wines with the option to pair with garden bites & small-batch Italian Ice by Piccolina, all within a beautifully elevated outdoor garden setting.

Joanna’s Market by Signor Vineyards

The Signor family’s heritage as ranchers and horticulturists is woven into every aspect of the vineyard experience, where deep Texas roots and warm hospitality shine through. Joanna’s Market at Signor Vineyards offers a delightful selection of sandwiches, grab-and-go items, non-alcoholic beverages, and stylish essentials for the kitchen, home, or ranch.

At Joanna’s Pop-Up Market during this year’s festival, attendees can browse and shop culinary sundries and home decor while enjoying a tasting of Signor’s robust red and crisp white wines.

Texas Wine Auction’s Grand Tasting Pavilion

Who doesn’t love enjoying wine for a good cause? The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, has teamed up with The Texas Wine Auction, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, to make an even greater impact this year.

Over 30 wineries at the festival will be auctioning off five cases of wine each, with proceeds supporting Texas Wine Auction’s mission to fund programs that promote healthy communities and a sustainable future for Texas wine. Attendees can bid on their favorite wines while savoring the offerings in our Grand Tasting Pavilion.

Burgers, Bourbon & Barbeque

The culinary and creative forces behind Fredericksburg Cast Iron, Garrison Brothers Bourbon, Hill & Vine, and Eaker Barbeque (named one of Texas Monthly’s 50 Best BBQ establishments in Texas) have joined together to create an elevated Texas ranch-style lounge complete with live music that promises an unforgettable experience.
