The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is a premier celebration of Texas' rich culinary and beverage culture, set in the heart of the Hill Country. As an exhibitor—whether a chef, winery, distillery, brewery, or artisan producer—you have the opportunity to showcase your craft to an engaged audience eager to explore the best in Texas flavors. From interactive tastings and expert-led pairings to exclusive product launches, being part of the festival means more than just serving samples—it’s about creating memorable experiences, connecting with food and wine enthusiasts, and elevating your brand among industry leaders and passionate consumers alike.

To apply for an exhibitor spot, please submit your application below. Applications will be accepted through August 1, 2025.

Each application is for one (1) exhibitor space at the Grand Tasting Event on Saturday, October 25th 2025 and will include 2 passes for staff working the event.
