What is Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival?
Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is a multi-event culinary celebration held in the Texas Hill Country. The festival brings together wineries, chefs, and culinary partners for a series of events including the Restaurant Series, Preview Series, and Festival Series.
When does the festival take place?
There are three core events that take place throughout the year: Restaurant Week in May, Preview Week in July, and Festival Week in October. The main events, including the Grand Tasting, take place in October.
Where is the festival held?
Events take place throughout Fredericksburg, Texas, including downtown venues, local restaurants, and festival locations across the Texas Hill Country. The main event, the Grand Tasting, takes place in the center of downtown Fredericksburg at Marktplatz.

Do I need a ticket for each event?
Yes. Most Fredericksburg Food & Wine events require individual tickets. Guests can choose the events they would like to attend based on their interests. In October, attendees have the option to purchase “All Access” badges, which allow access to all events happening during festival week.
