Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets, registering, or attending any Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival event (“Festival”), you agree to the following terms and policies.

Pass & Entry Policy
A valid Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival pass and official credential must be worn and clearly visible at all ticketed festival activities.

Passes are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter festival tasting areas and ticketed events, including seminars, chef demonstrations, and special experiences.

Infants, children, and individuals under 21 are not permitted in festival tasting areas.

Exception: The Quesoff event during Preview Series is open to guests of all ages unless otherwise noted.

The resale or transfer of festival passes is strictly prohibited.

Festival organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who do not comply with festival policies.

Event Code of Conduct
Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, staff, vendors, volunteers, and partners.

All participants are expected to follow the festival’s official Code of Conduct.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Festival organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of the Code of Conduct, including removal from the event without refund, revocation of festival credentials, and disqualification from participating in future events.

Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

If a cancellation request is submitted 60 days or more before the festival, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address listed on your ticket confirmation.

Requests submitted within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

Ticket policies may vary for specific events or experiences.

Weather Policy
Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is a rain-or-shine event.

In the unlikely event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the festival’s control, organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events.

If a cancellation occurs, the festival may reschedule the event or offer credit toward a future festival event. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Use of Image, Name & Likeness
By attending Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

By entering festival venues, you grant Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival and its partners the right to use photographs, video, or recordings of you for lawful promotional purposes, including marketing, advertising, editorial content, broadcast or digital media, social media, and future promotional materials.

These materials may appear in print, online, television, or other media formats without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please do not attend festival events.

Policy Updates
Festival policies may be updated periodically. The most current version of these terms will always be available on the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival website.

By attending the festival, you agree to comply with the most current policies.
